Rough And Smooth Boards Set (3)

Detailní popis produktu

The Rough and Smooth Boards Set is designed to refine the tactile sense of children, helping them to distinguish between different textures. This Montessori material is used to develop a child's ability to perceive and differentiate between rough and smooth surfaces. It enhances sensory perception and prepares the child for later work in mathematics and writing by refining their sense of touch. The boards are used in a sequence, starting with the most distinct differences in texture and gradually moving to more subtle variations. The set includes 3 wooden rectangular boards with a rough or smooth surface as follows: a) a board with half of the surface smooth and half rough; b) a board with a series of alternating rough and smooth strips; c) a board with a series of rough strips arranged in gradation. Each board is crafted with precision to ensure a clear distinction between textures. The boards are durable and designed for repeated use in a classroom setting. Each board measures 30x15 cm.
